Returns & Refunds

At Fighting Fathers, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • The product is not marked as “Final Sale” or a non-returnable item (e.g. some consumables)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g. supplements) unless faulty
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or received the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it (subject to stock availability). Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your item was purchased with a discount or as part of a bundle, your refund will reflect the discounted amount

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or faulty product, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the product and issue
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at fightingfathers1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund
